And realizing that it had been a long time, but not forever, he became calm and indifferent.

As it happens to myself during each experiment, I have compiled a list of charms and frustrations. Or rather, the inconvenience and pleasure of dieting.
Discomfort # 1
The diet is strict. Because, according to its authors, it is designed to alter metabolism. Therefore, a slight deviation from the course (even croutons, even apples) - and the expected effect is not guaranteed. This is what is expected: a separation of 5 - 8 kg and weight stabilization in the future.
Discomfort # 2
It is very difficult to go to a business lunch and flirt with me, please, two hard-boiled eggs and 200 grams of grated carrots. Usually, such requirements are not met. Therefore, you will have to bring all the provisions in your bag. And, most likely, prepare a diet meal the day before.

A 13-day Japanese diet will cost you about 2 times less than a daily business lunch or work lunch. Moreover, buying food for the house.

In general, it is better not to start a strict diet, if it consists of at least half of the food is unpleasant. And since I ate with great enthusiasm "ordinary life" and fish, cooked goods, carrots, kefir and cabbage, then it was nice to see them on their table.
Many people ask questions about drinking coffee every morning - isn’t that harmful? If you have heart problems or high blood pressure, then coffee can have a negative effect. And it is worth consulting a doctor before starting a Japanese diet.
The full range of sensations
The first two days of the diet caught my eye: as soon as I closed my eyes, a finely baked pancake appeared in front of my inner gaze, which spontaneously rolled into the tube. Then someone politely tossed it with strawberry jam and brought it to my face. There were no odor hallucinations. After two days of persecution, Pancake was left behind.
A stony indifference and quiet attitude towards culinary delights began, which has continued to this day. This does not mean that I will stubbornly refuse if I am offered something tasty. But the nervous tremor due to "there is so much food" is no longer noticeable.
I did not lose so much - only 4 kilos, but the weight does not increase. I do not know who to thank for this: the creators of the Japanese diet or myself - for engaging in sports twice a week. The only detail: during the diet you will lose weight, and finally it becomes problematic to open an unopened bottle of mineral water. But then the power is quickly restored.
